problem with gameObject scale

hi to all. i read all docs about transform object and how to use it correctly. but i have a problem. i explain my situation: i have a zombie model with a rigidbody and box collider attached. i want to move it and for do this a set rigidbody to kinematich and i change transform value. but when my zombie is moving , it scale change and it became always more big. i don't understand if this problem is associate directly to scale of object or if is a problem of view of main camera. my model scale it was setted during the import process and i don't modify it directly by using tranform object. somebody have an idea to solve this problem? thanks a lot,if a few day that i try to solve it ;)
